About the Revival

Re…again.  Vive…life.

Welcome to the 4th Annual His Barn Revival.

A moment to  breathe life into your heart, your soul and your mind.  A moment to join in praise with the voices of other men, of different race, color, church affiliation, age, but all brothers, all men of Christ.  A moment to be still, to hear the voice of God, maybe through another man.  A moment to connect with other men and perhaps God, for the first time.

Hosted by the men of His Barn, The Revival brings together men and our God.  In a pasture.  Outdoors.  On lawn chairs.  Surrounded by trees, the sky and men.  Throughout the day, men’s voices are lifted as one.  An experience not quickly forgotten.  The messages, testimonies, are directed at reaching each man where he is, and providing guidance, inspiration and practical thoughts to assist each with their growth and their struggles.  The teachers are men.  Some are pastors.  Some are not.  All are men of strength with lives changes through their relationship with Jesus Christ.

“The first thing that caught my eye was seeing 250 men sitting in a pasture in the rain to hear what god wanted us to know and learn about. This was the first real event I had thrown myself into at cornerstone church and was not sure what to expect, but boy was I shocked at how open and friendly everyone was. I thought it was amazing that no one left when it started to rain, and as the night went on it seemed the harder it rained the more it was meant to be that we were all there at that time and place. I know now what it means to be part of something bigger, and what we have to do as men to make this grow and work. I am in the process of getting married for the first time and my future wife has 2 boys, and seeing what it means to be a man and how we should teach and love our young men made me realize what I had missed in my childhood. I wish there would have been things like this when I was younger that me and my dad could have gone too, I know that I will do everything I can to make sure these boys learn what it means to have god in their life and how to enjoy him also. I hope to be at the next revivial and other events like this and bring the with me in the future as they grow older and need this in thier life. I thought all of the speakers did a great job at getting out the message that we as men need to learn and grow and be able to lean on each other when needed.”
